Kristy Kipp: Senior Account Manager

Kristy joined PCS in 1997 with several years of experience working at a mail house in New York. Kristy picked up the intricacies of the fulfillment system quickly and moved into an Account Management Support Staff role in 1998 and then Account Manager in 2000.

Anita Draper: Account Manager

Anita was hired at Hutchins & Associates in Oct. 2002 as a Receptionist. She then trained in all areas of production before being moved into Client Services in May 2003. She came to PCS in 2005 as an Account Manager. Anita is currently pursuing degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration.

April Alanis: Account Manager

April started her career with PCS in 1996. After mastering all clerical functions, she was promoted to the position of Account Management Support Staff a few years later and Account Manager in 2005.

Pam Jones: Account Manager

Pam graduated from Rock Valley College with a vocational degree in Dental Assisting as well as additional studies in Psychology, Business and Business Law. Pam began her fulfillment career with Kable News Company.  During her years at Kable she was instrumental in developing Kable's Assistant and Account Management training programs. As Account Manager she was responsible for accounts such as Argus Publishers, Miller Magazines, American Iron and others before the draw of moving west called her to San Diego Home, Garden/Lifestyles magazine as their Circulation Director. While remaining in San Diego, Pam returned to Kable to manage their west coast accounts and represented Weider, Viz Publications, EGW Publishing, Ornament, Nevada and New Mexico magazines among others. After a brief hiatus' from fulfillment she joined PCS in May of 2010 bringing with her close to 20 years experience in fulfillment and circulation. 

Linda Marlowe: Account Manager

Linda came to PCS in 1994 on the second team we started. She trained directly with our Team Supervisor during the conversion of 12 magazines from Kable News. Linda moved into her role as Account Manager in 1995.

Tiffany Littlejohn: Account Manager Support Staff

Prior to joining PCS Tiffany worked in the circulation dept. at a Napa Valley newspaper. After returning home to north county San Diego she worked alongside the account manager for the north county division of the San Diego Union Tribune.  Tiffany joined PCS in 2006 as a customer service rep. and also worked in our production/quality control dept. before being promoted to her role as Account Manager Support Staff in 2008.

Nancy Russell: Account Manager Support Staff

Nancy started with PCS in January of 2007 as a data entry operator. She later moved to customer service and one year later was trained in an Account Management support role. Nancy has completed certificate courses in Excel, Word, Email Writing, and Supervisory Skills through Rockhurst University Continuing Education.

Lindsay Ramirez: Account Manager Support Staff

Lindsay came to PCS via a staffing agency in 2008 as a cashier and became a permanent member of our staff early 2009.  She quickly demonstrated leadership abilities and was promoted to the role of Account Management Support Staff in 2010. Lindsay continues her education through Rockhurst University.
