Michael J. Ciuffreda: CEO

Prior to starting Publisher’s Creative Systems, Michael was the National Sales Executive at Neodata Services. Previous positions of employment included Director of Fulfillment Marketing and VP of Operations for Kable News, and VP of Operations for Publishers Aide from 1979-1988.

Joseph Kelly Ciuffreda: President, Director of Information Technologies

Kelly started from the ground floor in the fulfillment business, first in the mailroom and the lettershop at Publishers Aide. After studying at San Diego State in 1985, Kelly moved into the Programming Department as a Conversion Programmer. Kelly is the architect of the PCS system.

Jens Kalisch: IT Manager

Jens has over 20 years of experience in the fulfillment industry. Jens spent four years as a Programmer Analyst and LAN Administrator for Hutchins and Associates. Upon joining PCS, Jens quickly took over LAN support. He has been involved in the development of several major systems at PCS, and is a key driver of our technology advancements.

Angie De Leon: General Manager, Dir. of Operations

Angie has been in the fulfillment industry for 16+ years. Angie began her career at Hutchins & Associates, working her way through the operations and eventually supervising several departments. Angie joined Publisher’s Creative Systems in 2003 as Production Manager and was promoted to Operations Manager the following year. Angie is also our resident postal expert, and is very active in the industry. She has held the position of VP of Events with the MSMA and is currently the Director of Education and Programs with the San Diego PCC, as well as a Director on the WFMA board.

Tony Theiss: Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Tony joined PCS with over 25 years in the magazine industry, with hands on experience in circulation, fulfillment and virtually all areas of consumer magazines. His background includes working for small, medium and large magazines, including Architectural Digest, Bon Appétit, Islands and many others. He was also a founding partner for a special interest travel title, Escape Magazine, and worked for Williams-Sonoma on their consumer culinary magazine, Williams-Sonoma Taste. Tony also has more than a decade of experience working on the fulfillment side as former Director of Sales and Marketing at Kable News Company.

Andrea Aguilar: Staff Account/Human Resources Administrator

Andrea has over 15 years of experience in the accounting field. Andrea has been with PCS since 2000, maintaining the financial side of the business. She is also the Human Resource and employee benefits administrator.

Marisa Treadway: Computer Room Manager

Marisa joined the PCS team in 2008, in the Production Control department. When the department was combined with the Computer Room in 2011, she eagerly began learning the functions of all roles. In early 2012, she was promoted to Assistant Computer Room Manager and advanced to Computer Room Manager at the start of 2013.
