This system enables the client to view, from their office, via the internet the following information:

Production Schedule - Provides access to track all jobs through completion as well as jobs scheduled in the next two week window. All label, billing, renewal and flashcount update reports are available in a Excel/PDF file the following day.

Inventory - Provides a complete listing of all inventory and is updated at the completion of each job. All inventory received will be verified and updated within 3 days of receipt. Clients have the ability to access the past years inventory for ordering purposes.

Lettershop Postage - Provides a running balance along with detail of each deduction and deposit for the mailing of bills and renewals.

In-House Postage - Provides a running balance along with detail of each deduction and deposit for the mailing of gift cards, replacement copies, premiums and customer service letters.

Internet Web Orders - Provides real time counts for new orders, gift orders, payments, renewals and change of addresses submitted by the subscriber via the internet.

Web Forms

PCS has developed a series of HTML web pages which we use to process orders via the internet. These pages are dynamic in design and offer tremendous flexibility to our clients. We have developed basic quickstart pages or, if desired, PCS offers customized pages to meet your particular needs. All of our pages contain extensive edit checks to insure the integrity of the data. Currently we offer the following pages:

New Orders
New Gift Orders
Change of Address
Renewals
Payments
Prospects

All of these pages reside on a secured server using Verisign. A confirmation e-mail announcing the next issue and approximate receipt date of that issue is automatically sent upon receipt of each order.

Pub-Link

This service allows the client to access the subscriber files and report que via the internet. In addition it offers the capability of printing each report in your office.

WeBSIS - Web Based Subscriber Inquiry Service

This service provides the subscriber access to their subscription information via the internet. Access begins at the clients website and is linked to the database residing on the PCS server.
